Calldacity AI Agent | Setting Up Post-Call Actions | Webhook

Give your AI-Agent the ability to send call data to a webhook after each call. This post-call action lets you connect with tools like Zoho Flow or Zapier, making it easy to build low-code automations that trigger follow-ups, update records, or integrate with your existing systems.
Warning
The Calldacity Portal will not provide the Webhook URL or Auth Headers. These must be configured and obtained from your integration platform.

📋 Setup Steps

  1. Login to your Calldacity Portal

  2. Go to the AI Agent tab

  3. Select the Pencil icon on the AI Agent

  4. From the left-hand menu, select Actions under Advanced
  5. Select Enable on Webhook - Post Call Action

  6. Configure the Webhook as shown in the example below
