📋 Setup Steps

  1. Login to your Calldacity Portal

  2. Select the AI Agent tab

  3. Navigate to your AI Agent and select the pencil icon

  4. From the left-hand menu, select Actions under Advanced
  5. Select Enable on Generic Calendar
  6. Read the Setup Instructions

  • Modify the SMS template as needed
  • Recommended: Keep templates under 160 characters for SMS best practices

Capacity: You can add up to 20 calendars with the generic calendar integration
