Give your AI-Agent the ability to send a call summary directly to email. After each call, a detailed recap can be delivered to your inbox, making it easy to review conversations, share updates with your team, or keep records organized.

📋 Setup Steps

  1. Login to your Calldacity Portal

  2. Navigate to the AI Agent Tab

  3. Select the "Pencil" icon on the AI Agent

  4. From the left-hand menu, select Actions under Advanced
    Actions Tab
  5. Select Enable for the Email - Post Call Action
    Enable Email
  6. Add the email address of the recipient
    Add Email Address
  7. Email configuration completed successfully
    Email Enabled Successfully
